第九届深港城市/建筑双年展龙岗分展场选址于深圳市国际低碳城，将“C位出发·建筑向未来”作为主题，围绕绿色低碳、智慧建造、共享设计的理念，以深圳建筑产业生态智谷的技术特色为核心，从大国战略、龙岗案例和社区共建三个层面展开，并通过专业行动、公众参与、社区共建等策略，展示未来社区营造的过程，探索未来零碳生活的发展模式。

The 9th Bi-city Biennale of Urbanism/Architecture SILCC Longgang is located in Shenzhen International Low Carbon City. With the theme of "Starting from the C position, Building to the Future", encompassing the concept of low-carbon, smart construction and shared design, and centering on the technical characteristics of Shenzhen Construction Industry Ecological & Intelligent Valley, the exhibition is carried out from three aspects: strategy of great power, Longgang case, and community co-construction. And through professional activities, public participation, community cooperation, and other strategies, to show the process of community building in the future, and explore the future development model of zero-carbon life.

A区-深圳市龙岗区高品质校园
为进一步提升龙岗学校建设品质，激发设计创新及活力，实现“幼有善育”“学有优教”的目标，2021年5月，龙岗区出台《龙岗区高品质校园建设工作实施方案》（以下简称“方案”），大力实施“高品质校园建设计划”，努力打造符合龙岗实际的“集约·弹性·友好·共享”新校园。在《方案》指导下，2022年，龙岗区建筑工务署通过“个案创新、先行先试”，选取2个学校项目作为设计优选 “丘邻校园”项目，为进一步探索城市与校园共生发展的新模式，选取12个学校作为第二批设计优选试点 “城长计划”项目，集聚优质资源，努力建成一批精品学校。
 从“丘邻校园”到“城长计划”， 龙岗区建筑工务署一直倡导建筑师与管理者在“高品质校园设计”的命题下，互相对话，共同探索未来学校形态、校园文化趋势。在项目建设过程中，根据项目的具体情况，输出不同的项目机制，形成精准择优、全面创优。
To further improve the construction quality of schools in Longgang, encourage innovation and stimulate vitality in school designs, in May 2021, Longgang has put forward the Implementation Plan for High-quality Campus Construction in Longgang District (hereinafter referred to as “The Plan”). The Plan aims to realize the goals of providing “ideal education for the young” and “ideal teaching for the learning kids”, striving to create Longgang-based campuses that are “intensive, flexible, friendly and sharing”. Under the guidance of The Plan, Bureau of Public Works of Longgang District has selected 2 pilot projects of “Campus by the Mountains”, and 12 school projects as the second batch trial projects of “Urban Growth Scheme”, gathering superior resources to build quality schools and further explore new opportunities for the symbiotic development of the city and the campus.
From “Campus by the Mountains” to “Urban Growth Scheme”, Bureau of Public Works of Longgang District has spared no efforts to encourage conversations between the architects and administrators under the context of “High-quality Campus Design”, so as to jointly explore future school forms and campus cultural trends. During the construction process, different project mechanisms will be chosen and adjusted according to the facts to make precise and comprehensive choices.

B区-佛山市顺德区最美校园行动计划

“佛山市顺德区最美校园行动计划”是由佛山市顺德区教育局、佛山市顺德区代建项目中心主办，深圳市观筑建筑发展交流中心组织策划。竞赛旨在建设与城市发展相匹配的百年校园，改扩建与原有风格协调统一、兼具教育功能和艺术特色的校园，打造一批集“地标校园”、“智慧校园”、“景观校园”、“人文校园”、“安全校园”五位一体并在全省处于领先地位的最美校园。

 公开竞赛的方式对顺德来说是一次全新的尝试，有别于常规的招标制度，不设门槛，放开资质条件，鼓励成长型中小设计机构参与、暗标评审。核心的目标是保证竞赛活动的“专业、公开、公平、公正”，鼓励建筑设计的“创新、创意”。

The "Most Beautiful Campus Action Plan in Shunde District, Foshan City" is sponsored by the Education Bureau of Shunde District, Construction Project Center of Shunde District, Foshan City, and organized by Shenzhen Guanzhu Architectural Development and Communication Center. The competition aims to build century-old campuses that are in line with the urban development, renovate and expand educational and artistic campuses that are in harmony with the original style. Shunde District aspires to create a group of provincial-leading campuses with the features of “Landmark Campus”, “Smart Campus”, “Landscape Campus”, “Humanities Campus” and “Safety Campus”.

Making open calls for competition is a brand new attempt for Shunde. Unlike conventional bidding mechanisms, competitions and reviews without knowing the names of participants set no thresholds and qualification requirements for entering, encouraging small and medium-sized design institutes to participate. The major goal is to ensure “professional, open, fair and impartial” competition activities and let “innovation and creativity” bloom in architectural design.

D区-理想校园线上邀请展

理想校园线上邀请展是由深圳市观筑建筑发展交流中心发起的一个关于“校园建筑”主题的知识马拉松。我们邀请来自世界各地的24位建筑师及教育领域专家分享关于教育建筑的知识、经验和见解。旨在从更加专业的角度，去探寻人们心中的“理想校园”。

Ideal Campus Online Exhibition is a knowledge marathon on the theme of campus architecture initiated by Shenzhen Guanzhu Architecture Development Exchange Center. We invited 24 architects and education experts at home and abroad to share their knowledge, experiences, and insights on educational architecture. It aims to explore the "ideal campus" from a professional perspective.
